NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND OTHERS In the Estates of MARGARET ANN BEVERLEY DeBEER also known as BEVERLEY DeBEER and JOHANNES JOSEPH DeBEER, both late of the City of Toronto, deceased. All persons having claims against the Estate of said MARGARET ANN BEVERLEY DeBEER, who died at the City of Toronto on January 22, 2015 are required to file proof of same with the undersigned on or before August 16, 2015 AND All persons having claims against the Estate of said JOHANNES JOSEPH DeBEER, who died at the City of Toronto on March 22, 2015 are required to file proof of same with the undersigned on or before August 16, 2015. After that date the Executors and Trustees will proceed to distribute both estates, having regard only to the claims of which they then shall have received notice.
